History Greeting Card
Our handmade letterpress cards are the perfect way to show someone special that you value their intellect and their appreciation of history!
These cards were printed by hand in a couple fairly simple steps on our 1890 letterpress printer by volunteers at the Blue Ox. Before printing starts, the chaise must be set with the text and image - this particular card reads “History is a story well told” and features a print of the historic Benbow Inn. Since there is no writing on the inside of this card and only one color of ink, the printing process for this particular card happens in one push of the pedal - well maybe 50, as we usually print about 50 cards at a time. Once the inks are dry, we fold them up and send them on their way!

Cards measure 4 1/4" x 5 1/2” and come with a kraft paper envelope and protective sleeve
